AC In The Wintertime
While it’s becoming very cold where I live (we are even expecting snow this week), I have a few friends and family members who live in Miami Florida where the weather is, of course, warm all year round. Well I was talking to one of my relatives from down there the other day and it was funny to hear that she is getting a new air conditioner installed. It’s funny because this is at the same time when we are cranking our heat up and wearing two jackets when we go outside.
It made me think though that this is a good time for those in colder areas to have AC units installed as well, because it should be easy to get a company that is free to do so, and even if not it’s not as if time is of the essence. It’s a good idea to start thinking about AC for summer, as I remember that during June and August folks who wanted to have AC installed had to wait weeks, and it was a big pain because it was so hot out.
